Banks Construction Company is a third generation heavy highway contractor, servicing the Lowcountry of SC. Headquartered in North Charleston, with asphalt plants in both North Charleston and Summerville, Banks is deeply rooted in the community and is currently celebrating 70 years in business. Under its current leadership, Banks Construction’s focus on safety, both for employees and the public, is the number one objective. Banks has a clear emphasis on quality, innovation and timely completion of projects. Banks’ scope of work includes asphalt paving, heavy civil site work, and supplying asphalt and recycled materials. This scope requires Banks to stay on top of all industry innovations.
