We are a third-generation family-owned local asphalt paving company which has grown over the past two decades along with the Charlotte, NC area communities in which we serve. Owner, Howard Small takes pride in his asphalt paving work, and has worked hard to build a reputation of reliability, integrity, dedication, and professionalism for his local asphalt paving company. When Howard isn’t working to make all the asphalt driveways and asphalt parking lots in the Charlotte, NC area look great, he spends his down time fishing.
